Unfortunately J.Fishwick & Sons ceased trading in October 2015 after serving Leyland for over 108 years in their well-known & familiar green buses.

• This website is created as a small tribute to their hard work over the many years that J.Fishwick & Sons was in business.

In the Picture, John Fishwick, seated in the centre of the 2nd row, with his workforce and brand new Leyland Titan in 1931.

John Fishwick launched his haulage company in Leyland in 1907 with a steam wagon from the Lancashire Steam Motor Company.

As you can see from this screenshot from the original website content, Fishwicks offered quite a number of services. Not only did they do luxury coach trips, they also operated a number of public bus routes throughout the area.

There were coach tours and holidays around the UK including at regular intervals, trips to Europe such as
